Fixed Rate Covered Bonds definition

Fixed Rate Covered Bonds means Covered Bonds paying a fixed rate of interest on such date or dates as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) and on redemption calculated on the basis of such Day Count Fraction as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, as the case may be);
Fixed Rate Covered Bonds means Covered Bonds specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;
Fixed Rate Covered Bonds means the Covered Bonds which will bear interest at a fixed rate.

  • A key difference between Floating Rate Covered Bonds and Fixed Rate Covered Bonds is that interest income on Floating Rate Covered Bonds cannot be anticipated.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.

Section 102.Rules of Construction. Words of the masculine gender shall be deemed and construed to include correlative words of the feminine and neuter genders. Unless the context shall otherwise indicate, the words "Bond," "Escrow Agent," "Owner," "person," "Paying Agent," and "Bond Registrar" shall include the plural as well as the singular number and the word "person" shall mean any individual, corporation partnership, joint venture, association, joint stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof. All references to applicable provisions of Law shall be deemed to include any and all amendments thereto.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.
