Fixed Rate Lease definition

Fixed Rate Lease means a Lease accruing finance charges at a fixed rate per annum.
Fixed Rate Lease means any Portfolio Lease where the calculation ofBasic Rent” (howsoever defined in such Portfolio Lease), is fixed in respect of each date upon which such Basic Rent is payable from the applicable date of the commencement of the leasing of the Aircraft pursuant to such Portfolio Lease until the scheduled date of termination of such leasing.

  • Fixed Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Euro-Rate Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Rate Option means the Eurocurrency Rate or the Floating Rate, as applicable.

  • Interest Rate Cap Agreement means, as applicable, an Interest Rate Cap Agreement (together with the confirmation and schedules relating thereto) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender between Borrower and an Acceptable Counterparty or a Replacement Interest Rate Cap Agreement.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on July 1, 2020 and ending on and including June 30, 2025 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including June 30 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • Fixed Rate Certificate A Certificate that provides for a payment of interest at a Fixed Pass-Through Rate.
