Fixed Rate of Return definition

Fixed Rate of Return means the amount of annual return paid on Capital Contributions based upon the amount of the Capital Contribution.

Related to Fixed Rate of Return

  • Rate of Return means the rate used to determine the amount credited monthly to a Participant’s Account under Article IV. Such rate shall be determined by the Administrative Committee based upon the net performance of the Earnings Indices selected by the Participant.

  • Internal Rate of Return means, as of any determination date, the effective discount rate under which the present value of the Inflows associated with an outstanding share of Class J Preferred Stock equals the Outflow on the Issue Date associated with such share. For purposes of calculation of Internal Rate of Return:

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means the period from and including a Quarterly Commencement Date to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate means, as of any Reset Dividend Determination Date, as applicable, an interest rate (expressed as a decimal) determined to be the per annum rate (i) equal to the average of the yields on actively traded U.S. treasury securities adjusted to constant maturity, for five-year maturities, for the five Business Days appearing (or, if fewer than five Business Days appear, such number of Business Days appearing) under the caption “Treasury Constant Maturities” in the most recent H.15 as of 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time); or (ii) if there are no such published yields on actively traded U.S. treasury securities adjusted to constant maturity, for five-year maturities, then the rate will be determined by interpolation between the average of the yields on actively traded U.S. treasury securities adjusted to constant maturity for two series of actively traded U.S. treasury securities, (A) one maturing as close as possible to, but earlier than, the Reset Date following the next succeeding Reset Dividend Determination Date and (B) the other maturing as close as possible to, but later than, the Reset Date following the next succeeding Reset Dividend Determination Date, in each case for the five Business Days appearing (or, if fewer than five Business Days appear, such number of Business Days appearing) under the caption “Treasury Constant Maturities” in the most recent H.15 as of 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) as of any date of determination.

  • Adjusted CD Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • Adjusted LIBOR means, for any Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, a rate per annum determined in accordance with the following formula: Adjusted LIBOR = LIBOR

  • Adjusted Treasury Rate means, with respect to any Redemption Date, the rate per annum equal to the semi-annual equivalent yield to maturity of the Comparable Treasury Issue, assuming a price for the Comparable Treasury Issue (expressed as a percentage of its principal amount) equal to the Comparable Treasury Price for such Redemption Date.

  • Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.

  • Floating Rate Convention means that each relevant date shall be the date which numerically corresponds to the preceding such date in the calendar month which is the number of months specified in the applicable Final Terms as the Specified Period after the calendar month in which the preceding such date occurred; provided, however, that:

  • Fixed Rate Calculation Date means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Subsequent Fixed Rate Period.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on April 1, 2022 and ending on and including March 31, 2027 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including March 31 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.

  • Adjusted Prime Rate A rate per annum equal to the sum of (a) the Prime Rate Margin and (b) the greater of (i) the Prime Rate or (ii) one percent (1%) in excess of the Federal Funds Effective Rate. Any change in the Adjusted Prime Rate shall be effective immediately from and after such change in the Adjusted Prime Rate.

  • Adjusted Interest Rate is defined in Section 1.2(e).

  • Base Rate Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Floating Quarterly Dividend Rate means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the rate of interest (expressed as a percentage rate rounded down to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of one percent (with 0.000005% being rounded up)) equal to the sum of the T-Bill Rate on the applicable Floating Rate Calculation Date plus 1.60% (calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in such Quarterly Floating Rate Period divided by 365).

  • Fixed Rate of Interest means the rate of interest payable from time to time in respect of a Fixed Rate Note or during the Fixed Interest Rate Period in respect of a Fixed/Floating Rate Note and that is either specified in the relevant Pricing Schedule or calculated in accordance with the provisions in the relevant Pricing Schedule.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Adjusted Lower Tier WAC For any Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period), an amount equal to (i) two, multiplied by (ii) the weighted average of the interest rates for such Distribution Date for the Class LT3-A1, Class LT3-A2, Class LT3-A3, Class LT3-A4, Class LT3-A5, Class LT3-M1, Class LT3-M2, Class LT3-M3, Class LT3-M4, Class LT3-M5, Class LT3-M6, Class LT3-M7, Class LT3-M8, Class LT3-M9, Class LT3-B1, Class LT3-B2 and Class LT3-Q Interests, weighted in proportion to their Class Principal Amounts as of the beginning of the related Accrual Period and computed by subjecting the rate on the Class LT3-Q Interest to a cap of 0.00%, and by subjecting the rate on each of the Class LT3-A1, Class LT3-A2, Class LT3-A3, Class LT3-A4, Class LT3-A5, Class LT3-M1, Class LT3-M2, Class LT3-M3, Class LT3-M4, Class LT3-M5, Class LT3-M6, Class LT3-M7, Class LT3-M8, Class LT3-M9, Class LT3-B1 and Class LT3-B2 Interests to a cap that corresponds to the Certificate Interest Rate (determined by substituting the REMIC 3 Net Funds Cap for the applicable Net Funds Cap) for the Corresponding Class of Certificates; provided, however, that for each Class of LIBOR Certificates, the Certificate Interest Rate shall be multiplied by an amount equal to (a) the actual number of days in the Accrual Period, divided by (b) 30.
