Examples of Fixing Dates in a sentence

  • General Terms and Conditions apply also to the Early Redemption Observation Dates as if they were Final Fixing Dates.

Fixing Dates: in the case of a General Purpose Loan and also market-rated home loan, after the expiry of the period corresponding to the first Interest Period /term of the Reference Rate, in every year the date identical with the Repayment Due Date in the month identical with the final month of the first Interest Period/term of the Reference Rate, up to Credit Line maturity.

Fixing Dates means each of the dates set out in the column headed [“Fixing Date”] in the table attached to this Confirmation, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Following Business Day Convention.

Related to Fixing Dates

  • Fixing Date means the Business Day prior to the Launch Date.

  • Rate Fixing Date means, for each Disbursed Amount, the first day of the Interest Period next following the Interest Period in which such Disbursed Amount is withdrawn.

  • Interest Period Date means each Interest Payment Date unless otherwise specified hereon.
