Fixing Dates definition

Fixing Dates means each of the dates listed in the table below (each subject to adjustment in accordance with the Modified Following Business Day Convention).

  • General Terms and Conditions apply also to the Early Redemption Observation Dates as if they were Final Fixing Dates.

  • With some exceptions (see below) Fixing Dates are not affected by USD holidays.

  • General Terms and Conditions apply also to the Coupon Observation Dates as if they were Final Fixing Dates.

  • III.1.5. Fixing Dates: in the case of a General Purpose Loan and also market-rated home loan, after the expiry of the period corresponding to the first Interest Period /term of the Reference Rate, in every year the date identical with the Repayment Due Date in the month identical with the final month of the first Interest Period/term of the Reference Rate, up to Credit Line maturity.

  • If the Reference Level at each of the Fixing Dates is at or below the Strike, Investors will realise a total loss of their initial investment.

  • III.1.5.   • The performance of each of the Indices on the Fixing Dates (as defined in Annex 1 hereto) relative to the initial level of such Index will determine the basis for redemption of the Notes at scheduled maturity.

Fixing Dates means each of the dates set out in the column headed [“Fixing Date”] in the table attached to this Confirmation, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Following Business Day Convention.

Related to Fixing Dates

  • Fixing Date means the Business Day prior to the Launch Date.

  • Reset Dates The first day of each Calculation Period.

  • Rate Fixing Date means, for each Disbursed Amount, the first day of the Interest Period next following the Interest Period in which such Disbursed Amount is withdrawn.

  • Settlement Dates As determined pursuant to Section 9.4 of the Equity Definitions, subject to Section 9(k)(i) hereof.

  • Payment Dates means, with respect to any Receivable, the date a payment is due in accordance with the Receivable Agreement with respect to such Receivable as in effect as of the date of determination.

  • Repayment Dates means, subject to clause 7.3, each of the dates falling at six (6) monthly intervals after the Drawdown Date up to and including the date falling one hundred and forty four (144) months after the Drawdown Date;

  • Averaging Dates means each of the dates set forth in the Final Terms, if any, or if any such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day, in each case subject to Condition 7(l).

  • Exchange Dates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Rate Fixing Day means the second Business Day before the first day of an Interest Period for a Loan.

  • Record Dates means , , , , , and , and such other date as the Depositor may direct.

  • Quarterly Dates means the last Business Day of March, June, September and December in each year, the first of which shall be the first such day after the date hereof.

  • Delivery Date(s) means the date or dates requested for delivery of Products as set forth in any Order.

  • Vesting Dates means, as determined by the Board or by the Committee, the date as of which the Optionee shall be entitled to exercise the Options or part of the Options, as set forth in section 11 of the ISOP.

  • Closing Dates means the Initial Closing Date and each Subsequent Closing Date.

  • Redemption Dates means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Dates, and the Optional Redemption Dates, each of the foregoing, individually, a Redemption Date.

  • Distribution Dates The 25th day of each month or, if such 25th day is not a business day, the next succeeding business day beginning in ___________, _____. Certificate Rating for the Certificates Being Purchased by the Underwriter:

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Interest Period Date means each Interest Payment Date unless otherwise specified hereon.

  • Regular Record Dates May 15 and November 15. Reference is hereby made to the further provisions of this Note set forth on the reverse hereof, which further provisions shall for all purposes have the same effect as if set forth at this place.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Party A Payment Dates Each Quarterly Interest Payment Date from and including the Quarterly Interest Payment Date falling in {circle} 2004 up to the Termination Date and the Termination Date.

  • Party B Payment Dates Each Quarterly Interest Payment Date from and including the Quarterly Interest Payment Date falling in {circle} 2004 up to the Termination Date and the Termination Date.

  • Interest Payment Dates shall have the meaning set forth in paragraph 1 of each Note.

  • Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date; and

  • Final Scheduled Maturity Date The Final Scheduled Maturity Date for each Class of Certificates is June 25, 2033, which corresponds to the "latest possible maturity date" for purposes of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

  • Quarterly Payment Dates means each March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.
