Flaring Incident definition

Flaring Incident means an AG Flaring Incident, a Tail Gas Incident, and/or an HC Flaring Incident.
Flaring Incident means an Acid Gas Flaring Incident and/or a Tail Gas
Flaring Incident means continuous or intermittent flaring at the Main Flare that results in the emissions of SO2 equal to, or greater than, 500 pounds in any 24-hour period; provided, however, that if 500 pounds or more of SO2 have been emitted in a 24-hour period and the flaring continues into subsequent, contiguous, non-overlapping 24-hour period(s), each period of which results in emissions equal to, or greater than, five hundred (500) pounds of SO2, then only one Flaring Incident shall have occurred. Subsequent, contiguous, non-overlapping periods are measured from the initial commencement of flaring within the Flaring Incident.

  • Unusual Incident means those incidents involving serious illness or accidents, death of an individual, injury or illness of an individual requiring inpatient or emergency hospitalization, suicide attempts, a fire requiring the services of a fire department, or any incident requiring abuse investigation.
