FleetCo Interest Collections definition

FleetCo Interest Collections means the Dutch Interest Collections, the French Interest Collections, the German Interest Collections, the Spanish Interest Collections and/or the Italian Interest Collections, as applicable.

FleetCo Interest Collections means the Dutch Interest Collections, the French Interest Collections, the German Interest Collections and/or the Spanish Interest Collections, as applicable. “FleetCo Maximum Principal Amount” means the Dutch Maximum Principal Amount, the French Maximum Principal Amount, the German Maximum Principal Amount and/or the Spanish Maximum Principal Amount, as applicable. “FleetCo Note Framework Agreement” means each of the Dutch Note Framework Agreement, the Spanish Note Framework Agreement and the German Note Framework Agreement, as applicable. “FleetCo Note Register” means each of the Dutch Note Register, the Spanish Note Register and the German Note Register, as applicable. “FleetCo Notes” means the Dutch Notes, the Spanish Notes and the German Notes as applicable. “FleetCo Principal Collections” means the Dutch Principal Collections, the French Principal Collections, the German Principal Collections and/or the Spanish Principal Collections, as applicable. “FleetCo Priority of Payments” means the Dutch Priority of Payments, the French Priority of Payments, the German Priority of Payments and/or the Spanish Priority of Payments, as applicable. “FleetCo Registrar” means the Dutch Registrar, the German Registrar and/or the Spanish Registrar, as applicable. “FleetCo Related Documents” means the THC Guarantee and Indemnity, the Dutch Related Documents, the French Related Documents, the German Related Documents and/or the Spanish Related Documents, as applicable. “FleetCo Repeating Representations” means the Dutch Repeating Representations, the French Repeating Representations, the German Repeating Representations and the Spanish Repeating Representations, as applicable. “FleetCo Secured Obligations” means the Dutch Secured Obligations, the French Secured Obligations, the German Secured Obligations and/or the Spanish Secured Obligations, as applicable. “FleetCo Secured Party” means the Dutch Secured Parties, the French Secured Parties, the German Secured Parties and/or the Spanish Secured Parties, as applicable. “FleetCo Security” means the Dutch Security, the French Security, the German Security and/or the Spanish Security, as applicable. 45

Related to FleetCo Interest Collections

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Investor Interest Collections means, for a Deposit Date or Collection Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Floating Investor Percentage for the related Collection Period, times (b) the Interest Collections for that Deposit Date or Collection Period, as applicable.

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Net Collections With respect to any Corrected Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to all payments on account of interest and principal on such Mortgage Loan.

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series2023-3 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2023-3 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Investor Principal Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Principal Collections retained or deposited in the Principal Account for Series 2012-1 pursuant to Section 4.3(b)(ii) for such Monthly Period.

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Principal Collection Account means a segregated, non-interest bearing securities account (within the meaning of Section 8-501 of the UCC) number 172148-202, which is created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 8.1(a).

  • Debt collection means the collection of unpaid tolls and applicable administrative fees by (i) retention of a third-party debt collector or (ii) collection practices undertaken by employees of a toll facility operator that are materially similar to a third-party debt collector.

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Investor Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Finance Charge Collections allocated to the Series issued pursuant to this Indenture Supplement pursuant to Section 4.3(a) for all Dates of Processing during such Monthly Period.

  • Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Available Investor Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of all Collections of Principal Receivables received during such Monthly Period, plus (b) the amount of Miscellaneous Payments, if any, for such Monthly Period that are allocated to Series 2002-CC pursuant to Section 4.03 of the Agreement, plus (c) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2002-CC in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.04 hereof.

  • Class A-P Collection Shortfall With respect to the Cash Liquidation or REO Disposition of a Discount Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the excess of the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(1) over the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(2).

  • Shared Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, either (a) the amount allocated to the Investor Certificates which may be applied to the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to other outstanding Series in Group One or (b) the amounts allocated to the investor certificates of other Series in Group One which the applicable Supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as "Shared Principal Collections" and which may be applied to cover the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to the Investor Certificates.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Mortgage Investors, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, MLMI Series 2005-A1 - Master Servicer Collection Account." The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Unallocated Principal Collections shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.05(d).

  • Exchange Note Collection Account means the account established under Section 4.1(a) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • REMIC II Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) 50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC II Remittance Rate for REMIC II Regular Interest AA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of the Periodic Finance Charges, Annual Membership Fees, Cash Advance Fees, Late Fees, Overlimit Fees, return check fees and similar fees and charges and Discount Receivables.

  • REMIC I Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

  • Primary Servicer Collection Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(c)(7) of this Agreement.

  • Final Collection Date means the date on or following the Termination Date on which the Outstanding Loan Amount has been reduced to zero and all other Borrower Obligations have been paid in full.
