Examples of Flexible Rate Conversion Date in a sentence
Subject to Section 3.03(b)(vi), while a Bank is obligated to purchase Bonds pursuant to a Liquidity Facility, each such Bond to be converted to a Flexible Rate Period pursuant to Section 3.03(b) are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on the applicable Flexible Rate Conversion Date at the Purchase Price.
