Flexible Rate Period definition

Flexible Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Flexible Rate.
Flexible Rate Period means each period, comprised of Flexible Segments, during which the Bonds bear interest at Flexible Rates.
Flexible Rate Period means with respect to any Bond, each period (which may be from one day to 270 days, or such lower maximum number of days as is then permitted under the Indenture) determined for such Bond, as provided in the Indenture.

Examples of Flexible Rate Period in a sentence

  • During any Daily Rate Period, Weekly Rate Period or Flexible Rate Period, interest on the related Bonds shall be computed upon the basis of a 365 or 366-day year, as applicable, for the number of days actually elapsed.

  • At any time during a Flexible Rate Period, the Borrower may elect that the Bonds shall no longer bear interest at Flexible Rates and shall instead bear interest as otherwise permitted under this Indenture.

  • Except with respect to an adjustment to a Flexible Rate Period from a Flexible Rate Period, the Trustee shall give notice of an adjustment to a Flexible Rate Period to Bondholders, by first class mail, postage prepaid, not less than twelve (12) days prior to the effective date of such Flexible Rate Period.

  • During each Flexible Rate Period commencing on the date so specified or determined (provided that the requirements of clause (B) above have been met on such date) and ending on the day immediately preceding the effective date of the succeeding Rate Period, the interest rate borne by the Bonds shall be a Flexible Rate.

  • During each Flexible Rate Period, each Bond shall bear interest during each Flexible Segment for such Bond as described herein.


More Definitions of Flexible Rate Period

Flexible Rate Period means each period (not less than 7 calendar days and not exceeding 270 calendar days) during which a Bond bears interest at a Flexible Rate.
Flexible Rate Period means each period, comprised of Flexible Segments, during which Bonds bear interest at Flexible Rates.
