Flexible Rate Period definition

Flexible Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Flexible Rate.
Flexible Rate Period means each period, comprised of Flexible Segments, during which the Bonds bear interest at Flexible Rates.
Flexible Rate Period means with respect to any Bond, each period (which may be from one day to 270 days, or such lower maximum number of days as is then permitted under the Indenture) determined for such Bond, as provided in the Indenture.

Examples of Flexible Rate Period in a sentence

  • Pursuant to the Indenture: (a) all of the Bonds that are allocable to the Loan shall initially bear interest at the Flexible Rate until the date, if any, upon which the Interest Rate determination method is changed as described in the Indenture, (b) while the Bonds bear interest at the Flexible Rate, interest shall be payable in arrears at the end of each applicable Flexible Rate Period, and (c) all interest on the Bonds shall be paid from the proceeds of an Interest Drawing under the Letter of Credit.

  • Each Flexible Rate Period and mandatory tender date for a Bond shall be established on the date of purchase of such Bond as hereinafter provided.

  • Such notice shall specify the proposed Flexible Rate Conversion Date and the Flexible Rate Period or Periods to which the conversion will be made.

  • The Flexible Rate for each Flexible Rate Period shall be effective from and including the commencement date of such Flexible Rate Period through and including the last day thereof.

  • If such Remarketing Agent confirmation or Opinion of Bond Counsel is not delivered by the required time set forth above, the conversion shall not occur the Paying Agent/Registrar shall not deliver notice to the Owners and the Bonds shall remain in the Flexible Rate Period.


More Definitions of Flexible Rate Period

Flexible Rate Period means each period (not less than 7 calendar days and not exceeding 270 calendar days) during which a Bond bears interest at a Flexible Rate.
Flexible Rate Period means any period of time during which a Series of 2023 Series C Bonds bears interest at the Flexible Rate.
