Flextech Group definition

Flextech Group means (i) each Person required to be set forth in Section 4.06(c) of the Parent Disclosure Schedule, and (ii) each member of the UKTV Group.
Flextech Group means each of the companies listed in Part 2 of Schedule 9 (Members of the Flextech Group), for so long as they remain a member of the Group and have not, at the option of TCN, been designated as members of the TCN Group, together with any other persons acquired, organised or otherwise invested in, directly or indirectly, by any current or future member of such group, together with their respective successor and assigns in accordance with any relevant provisions of this Agreement.

  • The Company agrees that it will immediately cease and cause to be terminated any existing activities, discussions or negotiations with any Person conducted heretofore with respect to any Acquisition Proposal, including any discussions or negotiations with respect to the possible sale of the Flextech Group.

Related to Flextech Group

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • Work group means a crew or number of crews which work from a common point of assembly and perform work of a similar nature in a defined seniority block. Where more than one (1) work group works from a common point of assembly the work groups will be defined by the Employer.

  • Related Companies means the companies within the meaning of Article L. 225-197-2 of the French Commercial Code or any provision substituted for same.

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Group Company means any one of them;

  • minority business enterprise means any small contractor or supplier of materials fifty-one percent or more of the capital stock, if any, or assets of which is owned by a person or persons: (1) who are active in the daily affairs of the enterprise, (2) who have the power to direct the management and policies of the enterprise, and (3) who are members of a minority, as such term is defined in subsection (a) of Connecticut General Statutes § 32-9n; and

  • Women Owned Business Enterprise or "WBE" means a firm awarded certification as a women owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a women owned business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.

  • Women Business Enterprise (WBE) as used in this policy means a business enterprise that meets all of the following criteria:
