FM Notice definition
FM Notice is defined in Article 16.5;

Examples of FM Notice in a sentence
If it is not clear when a Force Majeure Event commences, the Affected Party will provide the FM Notice as soon as is reasonable given the facts and circumstances of such Force Majeure Event.
If a Party in receipt of the FM Notice disputes the Force Majeure Event or its impact on failure to perform or delay, that Party shall have ten (10) business days to object to the FM Notice by giving the Affected Party a written statement describing its objections (the “FM Dispute Notice”).
