FOB Point definition

FOB Point is defined in Section 7(a).
FOB Point means a Sears Hometown Store, a Sears Hardware Store, a Sears Outlet Store, a store operated by a Franchisee, the residence of a customer of any of these stores, or a distribution facility to which a Product is delivered in accordance with Buyer’s instructions. Not later than the Payment Due Date specified on Appendix 7(a), Buyer will pay for the undisputed portion of each invoice and notify Seller of any disputed amount and the reason for the dispute.
FOB Point means free on board (Incoterms 2000) at Panasonic’s shipping location(s) in Japan.

FOB Point. Means the locations to which the Vendor is responsible to transport goods to be delivered by the Vendor at the Vendor’s expense and at which title of the goods passes from the Vendor to member agencies.
