Food Caterer definition

Food Caterer means an establishment where food and beverages are prepared for consumption off the premises and are not served to customers on the premises;
Food Caterer means any person who, for consideration, prepares food for consumption off the premises.
Food Caterer means any person who prepares food for consumption off premises and who possesses a valid tax certificate issued by the City of Savannah to do so.

Food Caterer means any person who prepares and/or serves food at any remote location, including, but not limited to, wedding receptions, reunions, business events, or other functions by whatever name where food is prepared and/or served for consumption off the premises, and who has a valid permit food service permit issued by the health department authorizing the licensee to prepare and/or serve food for consumption off the premises.
Food Caterer shall refer to a person or company hired and paid to provide and serve food, usually for a large group and at a location separate from where the food is prepared. A food caterer does not include someone preparing and selling food to individuals.
