Food Safety Inspection Report definition

Food Safety Inspection Report means a report issued by the Medical Officer of Health or Certified Public Health inspector to an Eating Establishment or Foodstuffs Establishment as a result of an inspection conducted pursuant to the Health Protection and Promotion Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. H-7, as amended, or any regulations thereto;

  • Environmental Audit means, with respect to each Property, a Phase One environmental site assessment (the scope and performance of which meets or exceeds the then most current ASTM Standard Practice E1527 for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase One Environmental Site Assessment Process) of such Property.

  • Environmental impact statement means a detailed written statement as required by section 102(2)(C) of the Act.

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.
