Football stadium definition

Football stadium means a stadium that is principally used as the home stadium of a professional football team described in s. 229.823 at the time that a district is created, or if no home stadium exists at the time that a district is created, “foot- ball stadium” means a stadium that includes the site of a proposed home stadium of such a team.
