Foreign correspondent definition

Foreign correspondent means any of the following for which a Reserve Bank maintains an account: a foreign bank or banker, a foreign state as defined in section 25(b) of the Federal Reserve Act (12 U.S.C. 632), or a foreign cor- respondent or agency referred to in sec- tion 14(e) of that Act (12 U.S.C. 358).
