Forensics Platform definition

Forensics Platform means the software systems and interfaces owned, operated and/or licensed by Elliptic, which are used to enable the re-identification of pseudonymous Cryptocurrency users and map chains of Cryptocurrency transactions.
Forensics Platform means the software systems and interfaces owned, operated and/or licensed by Xxxxxx Partners Pte Ltd, which are used to enable the re-identification of pseudonymous Cryptocurrency users and map chains of Cryptocurrency transactions.

  • Xxxxxx Partners Pte Ltd shall be relieved from any failure to comply with its obligations to provide Authorised Users with access to the AML/CFT Platform and/or the Forensics Platform (as applicable), if and to the extent that Xxxxxx Partners Pte Ltd can demonstrate that such failure was caused by Customer’s failure to meet any obligation or dependency on Customer outlined in this Clause 10 above.
