Forestry and Land Scotland Land means any land placed at Forestry and Land Scotland’s disposal by the Minister under his/her powers under the Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Act 2018 (FLM (S) A 2018);
Agricultural land means land suitable for use in farming.
Agricultural operation means an agricultural operation as defined in the Agricultural Operation Practices Act;
Land means the real property described on EXHIBIT 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
