Forfeiture Period Employee definition

Forfeiture Period Employee means any Person who (a) is employed by or providing services to the Company at the time Participant ceases to perform services for the Company, or (b) was employed by or providing services to the Company during the last year in which Participant performed services for the Company (or during the period in which the Participant performed services for the Company if the Participant performed services for the Company for less than a year).
Forfeiture Period Employee means, with respect to an Eligible Recipient, any Person who (a) is employed by or providing services to the Company, or any Subsidiary thereof, at the time the Eligible Recipient ceases to perform services for the Company, or any Subsidiary thereof, or (b) was employed by or providing services to the Company, or any Subsidiary thereof, during the last year in which Participant performed services for the Company, and any Subsidiary thereof (or during the period in which the Participant performed services for the Company, or any Subsidiary thereof, if the Participant performed services for the Company, or any Subsidiary thereof, for less than a year).
Forfeiture Period Employee means any Person who (a) is employed by the Trust at the time Participant ceases to perform services for the Trust, or (b) was employed by the Trust during the last year in which Participant performed services for the Trust (or during the period in which the Participant performed services for the Trust if the Participant performed services for the Trust for less than a year).
