Each of the Parties further acknowledges and agrees that, in entering into this Agreement, it has not in any way relied upon any oral or written agreements, representations, warranties, statements, promises, information, arrangements or understandings, expressed or implied, not specifically set forth in this Agreement or the other Formal Agreements.
If any of the assets or arrangements contemplated by the Formal Agreements held by Emera or any Affiliate of Emera become beneficially owned or beneficially Controlled by any government or government-Controlled electrical utility competitor of Nalcor, Nalcor shall have the option to acquire ownership of the Maritime Link.
