Former Officers definition

Former Officers means Todd S. Farha, Paul Behrens, and Thaddeus Bereday.
Former Officers means Officer(s) not presently employed by the Company but who have been retained on the seniority list referred to in paragraph 6 hereof.
Former Officers means any of the following former officers of the Debtor: Marc Doubleday; Dr. Steven Gould; George Hides; Jack Kogut; Robert McGinnis; Laurel Omert; Sophia Twaddell.
