Foundation Completion Certificate definition

Foundation Completion Certificate means a certificate in the form set forth in Exhibit 6.2.7 hereto.
Foundation Completion Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit 17D. “Full Notice to Proceed” means a notice signed by a duly authorized representative of Owner to Contractor authorizing Contractor to commence and complete all Work under this Agreement.

Foundation Completion Certificate means a certificate, in the form attached to the EPC Agreement, issued by the Contractor certifying as to the Foundation Completion of a WTG foundation.
