EPC Agreement definition

EPC Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

EPC Agreement means, with respect to each Project, an engineering, procurement and construction agreement between Novel Construction and the Project Company that owns such Project.

EPC Agreement means that certain Development, EPC and Purchase Agreement, by and among Vivint Solar Developer, LLC, Sponsor and the Company, dated as of the date hereof, as may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
