Foundation Permit definition

Foundation Permit means the permit that is required prior to any building foundation work performed on the Lot.

  • For buildings subject to OHSPD jurisdiction, City fees shall be considered due not later than 30 days after issuance of the Hospital Foundation Permit from OSHPD.
