Foundations Settlement definition

Foundations Settlement means the settlement by and among the Debtor and the Foundations described in Section 4.6 of the Plan.

  • Net Settlement Fund means the Settlement Fund less: (i) Court-awarded attorneys’ fees and expenses; (ii) Notice and Administration Expenses; (iii) Taxes; and (iv) any other fees or expenses approved by the Court.

  • Master Settlement Agreement means the settlement agreement and related documents entered into on November 23, 1998, by the state and leading United States tobacco product manufacturers.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $633,000.00 which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement except as provided in Paragraph 9 below.
