Fox Group definition

Fox Group means FOX and each of its direct and indirect Subsidiaries and Affiliates immediately after the Distribution, including the entities listed on Schedule 1.01(49)(ii)(A), and any corporation or entity that may become part of such Group from time to time, provided that for the purposes of Section 4.10(a), the term “Affiliates” as used in this definition shall be limited to entities and shall not include any natural persons.

Fox Group means Fox, each of its Subsidiaries, and any legal predecessors thereto, but excluding any member of the Newco Group.

Fox Group means FOX and any Subsidiary, from time to time, of FOX after the FOX Contribution.

More Definitions of Fox Group

Fox Group means FOX and any Subsidiary, from time to time, of FOX after the FOX Contribution. “FOX Hook Stock Tax Contest” has the meaning assigned in Section 5.03(d).

Fox Group. Fox, News America, and any of their respective Affiliates that holds an Interest from time to time.

Fox Group means Fox and each Person that is, or has ever been, a Subsidiary of Fox (other than Newco and any other member of the Newco Group).

Fox Group means, collectively, the Fox Parties and any and all ----------- Affiliates of the Fox Parties; provided, that for purposes of this Agreement, the "Fox Group" shall not include FCN (or any division or wholly-owned subsidiary of FCN); provided further, that the parties expressly acknowledge and agree that, for purposes of this Agreement, the Management Company shall not be included in the Fox Group.

Fox Group means Fox Entertainment Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation and its respective consolidated Restricted Subsidiaries.
