FRA Period definition

FRA Period or “Interest Rate Period” means the period between the Effective Date and the Termination Date as these dates are agreed by the Contracting Parties and recorded in the Confirmation; the number of days in the FRA Period shall be counted inclusive of the day falling on the Effective Date and excluding the day falling on the Termination Date.

  • PEA Period means the period commencing at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately prior to the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement), and ending at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the Business Day immediately following, the effective date of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement).

  • PAGA Period means the period from May 10, 2021, through April 4, 2023.

  • COBRA Period means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the first anniversary thereof.

  • Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Specified Period means the period beginning on the commencement date and terminating in accordance with section 72(6) of the Act;

  • Pre-Distribution Period means any Taxable period (or portion thereof) ending on or before the Distribution Date.

  • Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:

  • Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Overlap Period means any taxable year or other taxable period beginning on or before and ending after the Closing Date.

  • Notification Period means a set period of time between the submittal of a Notice of Intent and the beginning of lead - based paint abatement activities (including all on-site worksite preparation).

  • Earnout Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).

  • Risk Period means the period that the Landlord [in its absolute discretion]21 decides, being a minimum of [three] years and a maximum of [five]22 years, starting on the date of the relevant damage or destruction;

  • Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 8;

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Application Period means the months beginning with the month in which the application is considered to be filed, through and including the month in which an eligibility determination is made.

  • PAGA Pay Period means any Pay Period during which an Aggrieved Employee worked for Defendant for at least one day during the PAGA Period.

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Benefit Period means the period of time from the date of the Accident causing the Injury for which benefits are payable, as shown in the Schedule of Benefits, and the date after which no further benefits will be paid.

  • Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Acquisition Period means the period ending five (5) business days prior to

  • Services Period refers to the period of time for which You have ordered Cloud Services as specified in Your order.

  • Qualifying Period means 12 continuous Calendar Weeks during the whole or part of which the Agency Worker is supplied by one or more Temporary Work Agencies to the relevant Hirer to work temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the relevant Hirer in the same role, and as further defined in the Schedule to these Terms;

  • Extended benefit period means a period which:

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Post-Distribution Period means any Tax Period beginning after the Distribution Date and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Tax Period beginning on the day after the Distribution Date.
