Framework KPIs definition

Framework KPIs means the key performance indicators set out in Schedule 2 (Framework KPIs) (as the same may be amended, supplemented or updated from time to time in accordance with paragraph 2 of Schedule 2);
Framework KPIs means the KPIs set out in Schedule 2, Appendix 1 under the heading “the Orbis Framework KPI Schedule”;

Examples of Framework KPIs in a sentence

  • Framework KPI Performance Reviews shall be undertaken by the Client in accordance with the procedures and principles set out in the Schedule 2 (Framework KPIs).

  • If Service Providers meet the minimum requirements noted above (Framework KPIs) their total combined price and quality score will not change.

  • If however, the minimum standards noted above (Framework KPIs) are not met, the price and quality score will be reduced by a set percentage for each of the KPIs that fail to meet the minimum requirements noted above (Framework KPIs).

Related to Framework KPIs

  • Framework means the framework arrangements established by the Authority for the provision of the Services to Contracting Bodies by suppliers (including the Supplier) pursuant to the OJEU Notice;

  • Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.

  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework means the U.S. Department of Commerce National Institute for Standards and Technology Framework for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity (Version 1.1).

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Secure Network means a network which is only accessible by Secure Authentication.
