If Seller’s Offer does not specify shipping terms, all domestic shipments shall be delivered F.O.B. origin at Seller’s shipping dock, and all shipments to locations outside the United States shall be delivered FCA (Free Carrier Alongside) to Seller’s shipping dock in accordance with the version of Incoterms in effect as of the date of Buyer’s Order.
