Freelance Journalist definition

Freelance Journalist means a Rep- resentative of the News Media who is able to demonstrate a solid basis for expecting publication through a news organization, even though not actually employed by that news organization. A publication contract or past evidence of a specific freelance assignment from a news organization may indicate a solid basis for expecting publication.
Freelance Journalist means a professional journalist associated with the Company, who is neither an employee of the Company nor receives regular salary from the Company.
Freelance Journalist means an individual who qualifies as a representative of the news media because the individual can demonstrate a solid basis for expecting publication through a news organization, even though not actually in its employ. A publication contract would be the clearest proof of a solid basis, but the individual’s publication history may also be considered in demonstrating this solid basis.
