Possible consequences for failure to comply with Attachment C may be but are not limited to: ⮚ Increase in the frequency of inspections/visits ⮚ Mandated training ⮚ Mandatory follow-up meetings ⮚ Freezing of the number of state inmates housed at the facility ⮚ Removal of a specific classification or population of state inmates ⮚ Removal of all state inmates from the facility Compliant: Current facility policy and practices are in compliance with Attachment C.
Freezing, storage and thawing of embryos, sperm, or other tissues, for future use, unless the freezing, storage and thawing is needed due to potential iatrogenic infertility as described in Infertility Services in Section 3.
