French Security Documents definition

French Security Documents means any Notes Security Document governed by the laws of France.
French Security Documents as defined in Section 10.30.
French Security Documents means (i) the financial securities account pledge agreement governed by French law (including but not limited to the statement of pledge and the pledge certificate) executed on or after the Amendment Effective Date by and among, among others, the Company, as pledgor, the Agent, the Collateral Agent and Allurion France, as securities account holder, and (ii) any document required to be delivered thereunder or relating thereto.

  • The Collateral Agent shall not have, nor be deemed to have, assumed any obligations to, or trust or fiduciary relationship with, any party to this Agreement other than those for which specific provision is made by the French Security Documents and, to the extent permissible under French law, the other provisions of this Agreement, which shall be deemed to be incorporated in this Section 12.14, where reference is made to any French Security Documents.

  • For purposes of this Section 12.14, “French Security Documents” means those Security Documents stated to be governed by the laws of France and reference to “Secured Creditors” shall be construed as a reference to such Secured Creditors as defined in the French Security Documents.

French Security Documents has the meaning given to such term at Clause 28.2(a)(i) (Appointment of the Security Agent (France)).
French Security Documents means the documents listed on Schedule 2 that Crown Euroco is the pledgor under.
French Security Documents means together and each of (i) the French law governed securities account pledge agreement to be entered into between, inter alios, KDC/ONE Europe SAS, as pledgor and the Administrative Agent in relation to the securities account opened in the books of Aaxen SAS in the name of KDC/ONE Europe SAS and on which are registered all the shares of Aaxen SAS held by KDC/ONE Europe SAS, and the related statement of pledge; (ii) the French law governed bank accounts pledge agreement to be entered into between, inter alios, KDC/One Europe SAS, as pledgor, and the Administrative Agent in relation to the bank accounts opened in France in the name of KDC/One Europe SAS, (iii) the French law governed securities account pledge agreement to be entered into between, inter alios, Xxxxxxxx Development Corporation, Inc., as pledgor and the Administrative Agent in relation to the securities account opened in the books of KDC/One Europe SAS in the name of Xxxxxxxx Development Corporation, Inc. and on which are registered all the shares of KDC/One Europe SAS held by Xxxxxxxx Development Corporation, Inc., and the related statement of pledge; and (iv) any other Collateral Document governed by the laws of France and entered into from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents, in each case, as amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.”
French Security Documents has the meaning given to such term in Section 12.14.
French Security Documents means (i) a securities account pledge agreement, among each French Subsidiary and the French Administrative Agent, (ii) a pledge of the business (fonds de commerce), among each French Subsidiary and the French Administrative Agent and (iii) Dailly assignments of accounts receivable by each French Subsidiary in favor of the French Administrative Agent, in each case to secure the Obligations of (a) the French Subsidiaries under the Guaranty (French Obligations) and (b) the French Borrowers under this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit D-2, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
French Security Documents means the French Security Trust Deed, the French Vehicle Pledge Agreement, the French Receivables Pledge Agreement, the French Bank Account Pledge Agreement, the French On-Going Business Pledge Agreement, the French Shares Pledge, the Second Ranking French Bank Accounts Pledge Agreement, the Second Ranking French On-Going Business Pledge Agreement, the Second Ranking French Receivables Pledge Agreement, the Second Ranking French Share Pledge Documents, and the Second Ranking French Vehicle Pledge Agreement.
French Security Documents means the documents referred to as such on Schedule 1.01(3) and/or Schedule 5.16 each of the security agreements and other instruments and documents executed and delivered by any French Loan Party pursuant thereto or pursuant to Section 5.10.
