FRN Indenture definition

FRN Indenture means the indenture governing the FRNs.
FRN Indenture means a note indenture and/or other instrument pursuant to which the FRN Notes are issued including the FRN Guarantees.
FRN Indenture means the indenture dated September 22, 2005, among InSight, Holdings and each other subsidiary guarantor a signatory thereto and the FRN Indenture Trustee, as amended, pursuant to which the FRNs were issued.

FRN Indenture means indenture dated December 11, 2006 among Angiotech, the guarantors party thereto and the Trustee, as trustee, pursuant to which Angiotech issued the US$325 million aggregate principal amount of senior floating rate notes, as amended, modified or supplemented prior to the date hereof;
FRN Indenture means a note indenture and/or other instrument pursuant to which the FRN Notes are issued including, with effect from the FRN Bridge Refinancing Date, the FRN Gurantees.

FRN Indenture means that certain Indenture for the “Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2004”, dated March 4, 1998, executed by Satmex as the issuer company, Firmamento and Servicios as guarantors, and Citibank as indenture trustee, in the original principal amount of US$325,000,000 (three hundred and twenty five million 00/100 Dollars), as amended by (i) the First Supplemental Indenture of June 30, 1998; (ii) the Second Supplemental Indenture of February 16, 2000; and (iii) the Third Supplemental Indenture of March 18, 2003.
FRN Indenture means the FRN Indenture as amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced, or refinanced in whole or in part from time to time, and any other agreement, instrument or other document extending the maturity of, consolidating, otherwise restructuring (including adding Subsidiaries or affiliates of any Obligor or any other Persons as parties thereto), renewing, replacing or refinancing all or any portion of the FRN Obligations or any commitment in connection therewith or all or any portion of the amounts owed under any other agreement, instrument or other document that itself is an FRN Indenture hereunder and whether by the same or any other trustee, collateral agent or group of noteholders and whether or not increasing the amount of FRN Obligations that may be incurred thereunder.
