FT Warrant definition

FT Warrant means a transferable common share purchase warrant, entitling the holder to purchase a FT Warrant Share at the Exercise Price on or before the Expiry Time and having the terms and conditions set out in this Warrant Indenture;
FT Warrant has the meaning ascribed to such term on the face page of this Agreement;
FT Warrant means a non-transferable warrant entitling the holder to purchase one Common Share, exercisable at a price per share of $0.35 for a period of 60 months from the Closing Date;

Examples of FT Warrant in a sentence

  • Each whole FT Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one non flow-through common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 per common share for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the Offering (the “FT Warrants”).

  • Each full warrant (“Warrant”) entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.40 per FT Warrant Share for 12 months from closing.

  • Current Warrant Price means, in respect of a share of Common Stock at any date herein specified, the price at which a share of Common Stock may be purchased pursuant to this Warrant on such date.   • Series B Warrants means, collectively, the Series B Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof and the other Series B Warrants contemplated under Section 2.1 to be issued concurrently at the Closing, which Series B Warrants shall be exercisable beginning immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years, in the form of Exhibit B-2 attached hereto.

  • Common Warrant Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Common Warrants.

  • Option Warrants shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).
