Fuel Component definition

Fuel Component has the meaning specified in Section 5.2 (Determination of Base Contract Price).
Fuel Component means acquisition and delivery costs of fuel for the generation of electricity, including the allowable costs of purchased power as defined in section 4909.159 of the Revised Code, divided by thecorresponding number of net kilowatt hours generated and purchased.
Fuel Component means the portion of the Annual Price assumed to represent fuel costs, measured using the Annual Average of Industry Price Indexes for Non-Metallic Mineral Products and Petroleum and Coal Products, by regions; British Columbia; Diesel Fuel available from the Canadian Socio-Economic Information Management System (CANSIM) database and made available by Statistics Canada in Table 329-0076 in respect of a calendar year, or, if not available, such other similar index selected by the Province after consultation with B.C. Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association. The year over year percentage change for the Fuel Component of the Price Adjustment Factor shall be calculated using the data from the preceding two calendar years as illustrated in the sample calculation in Appendix C and drawn from CANSIM within 10 business days of the date the Labour Component is drawn as outlined in subsection 1.1(f) of this Schedule;

More Definitions of Fuel Component

Fuel Component means the component of the steam price which takes into account the cost incurred by Multitrade for wood, coal and other fuel used in producing steam for delivery to Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx under this Agreement, as calculated in accordance with Exhibit 5.2 and subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5.3(a) of this Agreement.
Fuel Component for a month means an amount equal to the sum of all costs incurred in such month by Seller with respect to Fuel acquired for use in the Plant (including Fuel commodity, transportation, and storage costs and any costs related thereto) multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the kWh actually delivered to Buyer in such month and the denominator of which is the total kWh actually delivered by the Plant in such month.

  • Accrual Components As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).
