Fuel Component definition

Fuel Component has the meaning specified in Section 5.2 (Determination of Base Contract Price).
Fuel Component means the portion of price assumed to represent fuel costs and will be measured using the Annual Average of Industry Price Indexes for Non-Metallic Mineral Products and Petroleum and Coal Products, by regions; British Columbia; Diesel Fuel available from Statistics Canada table No. 18-10-0031-01 in respect of a calendar year, or, if not available, such other similar index selected by the Province. The year over year percentage change for the Fuel Component of the Price Adjustment Factor will be calculated using the data from the preceding 2 years pursuant to the illustration in Appendix 3 utilizing this annually released Statistics Canada table within 10 Working Days of the date the Labour Component is drawn as outlined in Section 1(d) of this Schedule;
Fuel Component means the component of the steam price which takes into account the cost incurred by Multitrade for wood, coal and other fuel used in producing steam for delivery to Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx under this Agreement, as calculated in accordance with Exhibit 5.2 and subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5.3(a) of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Fuel Component

Fuel Component means acquisition and delivery costs of fuel for the generation of electricity, including the allowable costs of purchased power as defined in section 4909.159 of the Revised Code, divided by thecorresponding number of net kilowatt hours generated and purchased.
Fuel Component for a month means an amount equal to the sum of all costs incurred in such month by Seller with respect to Fuel acquired for use in the Plant (including Fuel commodity, transportation, and storage costs and any costs related thereto) multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the kWh actually delivered to Buyer in such month and the denominator of which is the total kWh actually delivered by the Plant in such month.
Fuel Component means, for any Month,
Fuel Component. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section (A)(1) (Energy Charge Formula) of Attachment J (Energy Charge And Capacity Charge Payment Formulas) (Fuel Component).
Fuel Component means the portion of the Annual Price assumed to represent fuel costs, measured using the Annual Average of Industry Price Indexes for Non-Metallic Mineral Products and Petroleum and Coal Products, by regions; British Columbia; Diesel Fuel available from the Canadian Socio-Economic Information Management System (CANSIM) database and made available by Statistics Canada in Table 329-0076 in respect of a calendar year, or, if not available, such other similar index selected by the Province after consultation with B.C. Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association. The year over year percentage change for the Fuel Component of the Price Adjustment Factor shall be calculated using the data from the preceding two calendar years as illustrated in the sample calculation in Appendix C and drawn from CANSIM within 10 business days of the date the Labour Component is drawn as outlined in subsection 1.1(f) of this Schedule;
Fuel Component. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(F)(1) (Fuel Component).

Related to Fuel Component

  • Average consumption means the average consumption by a customer of a municipal service during a specific period, which consumption is calculated by dividing by three the total measured consumption of that service by that customer over the preceding three months;

  • Critical Component means a part identified as critical by the design approval holder during the product type validation process, or otherwise by the exporting authority. Typically, such components include parts for which a replacement time, inspection interval, or related procedure is specified in the Airworthiness Limitations section or certification maintenance requirements of the manufacturer’s maintenance manual or Instructions for Continued Airworthiness.

  • Accrual Components As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Fuel oil means heavy distillates or residues from crude oil or blends of such materials intended for use as a fuel for the production of heat or power of a quality equivalent to the “American Society for Testing and Materials’ Specification for Number Four Fuel Oil (Designation D 396-69)”, or heavier.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • Fuel cell means an energy converter transforming chemical energy (input) into electrical energy (output) or vice versa.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.

  • SONIA Compounded IndexStart means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the SONIA Compounded Index determined in relation to the day falling the Relevant Number of London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period; and

  • Undyed diesel fuel means diesel fuel that is not subject to the United States Environmental

  • Dyed diesel fuel means diesel fuel that meets the dyeing and marking requirements of 26 U.S.C.

  • SOFR Compounded Index means the Compounded SOFR rate as published at 15:00 (New York time) by Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor source; and

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Motor fuel pump means a pump, meter, or similar commercial weighing and measuring device used to measure and dispense motor fuel for sale on a retail basis.

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.

  • Fully Burdened Manufacturing Cost means, with respect to any Preclinical Materials or Clinical Materials produced by IMMUNOGEN for GENENTECH under this Agreement, the sum of the following components: (a) the costs of goods produced, as determined by IMMUNOGEN in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States, consistently applied, including, without limitation, direct labor, material and product testing costs of such Preclinical Materials or Clinical Materials; (b) any Third Party royalty costs directly allocable to the manufacture or use of such Preclinical Materials or Clinical Materials; (c) all Allocable Overhead on the cost of goods under clause (a) above; and (d) any other costs borne by IMMUNOGEN, for the transport, customs clearance, duty, insurance and/or storage of such Preclinical Materials or Clinical Materials.

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.
