Fuel Delivery Point definition

Fuel Delivery Point means the point at which Fuel is delivered from [ ] to the Facility, as specified in Exhibit O.
Fuel Delivery Point has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1.
Fuel Delivery Point means the physical location at the Generating Station where MAEM shall deliver coal to Project Company.

  • As between the Parties, MAEM shall be deemed to be in exclusive possession and control (and be responsible for any damages or injury caused thereby) of the Fuel prior to delivery thereof at the Fuel Delivery Point, and Project Company shall be deemed to be in exclusive possession and control (and be responsible for any damages or injury caused thereby) of the Fuel at and after delivery thereof at the Fuel Delivery Point.

More Definitions of Fuel Delivery Point

Fuel Delivery Point has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1. "Fuel Price (FP)" has the meaning set forth in Schedule 5.
Fuel Delivery Point means the natural gas delivery system point at which Company makes available and delivers to Seller the natural gas fuel consumed by the Facility to produce the Contract Energy dispatched by Company, as described in Exhibit C - Facility Description.
Fuel Delivery Point means the inlet flange of the jet fuel tank at the Tunnel Jet site.
Fuel Delivery Point means the point at which fuel is delivered to the Facility as identified on the drawing forming part of Schedule 2, Part 3.
