Fuel Schedule definition

Fuel Schedule means an instrument in substantially the form of Schedule D attached hereto and made a part hereof, pursuant to which Schedule A to this Lease is amended in connection with a request by the Lessee for payment with respect to Nuclear Fuel pursuant to Section 6 hereof or in connection with a removal or a replacement of Nuclear Fuel pursuant to Section 10, 18(a) or 19(b) hereof.

Fuel Schedule shall have the meaning specified in Section 1 of the Lease Agreement. IT Notes - all intermediate term secured promissory notes of the Company (including the Notes) which comply with the provisions of Section 8.10 hereof. IT Note Agreements - collectively, the agreements between the Company and one or more lenders pursuant to which such lenders have purchased or agreed to purchase any of the IT Notes. Lease Agreement - the Fuel Lease dated as of January 31, 1989 between the Company and Entergy Louisiana, Inc. (formerly Louisiana Power & Light Company), as the same may be modified, supplemented or amended from time to time in accordance with Section 7.2 hereof. Examples of Fuel Schedule in a sentence

  • Upon delivery of such Xxxx of Sale, the Lessor and the Lessee shall execute a Fuel Schedule eliminating the description of such portion of the Nuclear Fuel from Schedule A to this Lease as theretofore supplemented and amended.

Related to Fuel Schedule

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Contract Schedule The list (as such list may be amended from time to time) identifying each Contract constituting part of the corpus of the Trust Fund as of the Cut-off Date, and which (a) identifies each Contract as either a Fixed Rate Contract or Adjustable Rate Contract and by contract number and name and address of the Obligor and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the unpaid principal balance as of the related Transfer Date determined by giving effect to payments received prior to the related Transfer Date, (ii) the amount of each scheduled payment due from the Obligor, and (iii) the APR.
