  • ITUNES may contract with third parties to provide Fulfillment Activities on behalf of ITUNES, provided such third parties are subject to terms no less restrictive than the terms ITUNES is subject to under this Agreement.

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement, or any Fulfillment Activities, at any time, without cause, on the delivery of thirty (30) calendar days’ prior written notice.

  • TechSoup will additionally defend, indemnify and hold Microsoft and Microsoft’s Indemnified Parties harmless against all Losses if the Claims arise out of, result from or relate to the Fulfillment Activities or the Website.

Related to Fulfillment Activities

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;
