Full Duty Year definition

Full Duty Year. Teachers who are individually contracted for the total duty days or more in the shortest semester in the school year shall be advanced 1 experience increment on the Salary Schedule effective as of September 1 of the following school year, subject to the provisions of Section 2 of this Article.

Related to Full Duty Year

  • Employment Year means each twelve-month period, or part thereof, during which Employee is employed hereunder, commencing on the Commencement Date and on the same day of the subsequent calendar year and each consecutive 12 month period thereafter.

  • Full-time employee means an employee who is normally required to work the basic hours of work.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee means an employee who is appointed to a regularly scheduled position and is regularly scheduled to work full-time in accordance with Article 14 (Hours of Work and Scheduling). A regular full-time employee is entitled to all of the benefits outlined in the agreement except where otherwise specified.

  • Promotion Period means the period defined in clause 9 of these terms.

  • Covered Period means the period beginning six (6) months prior to a Change in Control and ending twenty-four (24) months after the Change in Control.
