Full Floors. Subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in its sole discretion, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, if the Premises comprise an entire floor of the Building, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere in the Premises including in the elevator lobby of the Premises, provided that such signs must not be visible from the exterior of the Building.
Full Floors. Provided that all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere in the Premises including in the elevator lobby of the Premises. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may also install identification signage on the façade of the Building, provided that prior to the installation of any such signage, Tenant has received Landlord’s prior written approval, to be given or withheld in Landlord’s reasonable discretion and any applicable written approvals and/or permits required by the City of Mountain View.
Full Floors. Tenant, if the Premises comprise an entire floor of the Buildings, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere in the Premises including in the elevator lobby of the Premises, provided that such signs must not be visible from the exterior of the Buildings, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project.

Subject to Landlord's prior written approval, in its sole discretion, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, for any portion of the Premises which comprises an entire floor of the Building, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere in such full floor portion of the Premises including in the elevator lobby of such full floor portion of the Premises, provided that such signs must not be visible from the exterior of the Building. Tenant shall be responsible, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, for maintenance and repair of any such signs. In addition, Tenant shall cause such signs to be removed from the Premises and shall repair all damage to the Premises and the Building resulting from such removal, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

Subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in its reasonable discretion, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, (a) to the extent that the Premises includes any full floor(s) of the Building, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere on such floor(s), including in the elevator lobby of such floor(s), provided that such signs must not be visible from the exterior of the Building, and (b) to the extent that the Premises includes any partial floor(s) of the Building, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may install Building standard identification signage in the elevator lobby and at the entrance to the Premises on such floor(s).

Notwithstanding Landlord’s “Project Signage Criteria” (as that term is defined below), Tenant shall be entitled to use its font and logo in connection with any signage located on any full floor leased by Tenant.

Subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in its sole discretion, and provided all signs are compatible with the quality, design and style of the Project’s sign criteria then established by Landlord (the “Project Sign Criteria”), and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant and any of Tenant’s Permitted Transferees or Tenant’s Occupants, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere on the floor in which the Premises is located including in the elevator lobby of the floor where the Premises is located, provided that such signs must not be visible from the exterior of the Building. In addition, Tenant shall have the right, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, to have its name listed by Landlord on one (1) line in the directory to be located in a mutually and reasonably determined location in the lobby of the Building.

The size and specifications for such signs shall be subject to Landlord’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant shall be responsible, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, for maintenance and repair of any such signs. In addition, Tenant shall cause such signs to be removed from the Premises and shall repair all damage to the Premises and the Building resulting from such removal, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

Tenant shall be responsible, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, for maintenance and repair of any such signs. In addition, Tenant shall cause such signs to be removed from the WARNER CENTER TOWERS [Health Net, Inc.] Warner Center III\Health Net\JS\December 22, 2003 Initial Initial Initial Initial Premises and shall repair all damage to the Premises and the Building resulting from such removal, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
