Project Sign. Any requirements for a project sign shall be as set forth within the Technical Specifications section.
Project Sign. If requested by the Authority (but subject to governmental rules and regulations applicable thereto), the Company shall cause to be posted and maintained at the site of the Prior Project a sign, three feet in width and five feet in length, reading as follows:

Signs shall be painted with one prime coat and two finish coats. Final layout shall be based upon sign plans submitted by the CONTRACTOR and approved by the DHHL. The Project Sign shall be erected at a location directed by the DHHL and shall be adequately braced in such a way that does not interfere with the viewing of the signs. The sign shall be maintained in good condition throughout the progress of the work until final completion of the project. The project sign shall be erected within five (5) days after approval of the sign layout. After the final approval of the construction work by the DHHL, the project sign shall be removed from the site and shall become the property of the CONTRACTOR. Payment will be made for one project sign painted, with lettering specified by DHHL, in place complete (see attachment). Payment for sign removal shall be incidental to said item. Project Sign. (For construction contracts in the Canal area). The Contractor shall make and install a sign at the work site at the location designated by the Contracting Officer. The sign shall be 1.20 meters high and 1.80 meters wide and shall comply with the requirements of the sketch attached at the end of this section of the solicitation document. The sign shall be installed no later than ten (10) calendar days after the Contractor receives notice to proceed. No separate payment shall be made for installing and maintaining the project sign.

Location of the Project sign will be designated by Owner or Owner's Representative. Contractor may erect directional signs at the Job Site with approval of Owner with respect to size, style and location. Directional signs may bear the name of Contractor and a directional symbol. No other signs will be permitted except by permission of Owner.
Project Sign. The Municipality agrees to display the project sign provided by NDEQ. The sign will remain the property of NDEQ and will be retrieved about one year after project completion. The Municipality will remove the sign for NDEQ when requested.

Project Sign. The Contractor agrees to erect a 4’ x 8’ sign at the Project construction site and maintain the sign for the duration of the Project. The sign shall be satisfactory to ITP and shall include the following information at a minimum: the Project name, ITP’s name, Federal, State, and local financial participation information, and the Contractor’s name. The sign layout shall be submitted to ITP for review and approval prior to installation.
