  • In the event any Partner is a Non-Funding Partner with respect to a Capital Request, each Partner making the Capital Contribution requested of it pursuant to such Capital Request (each, a “Full Participant”) shall have the option to make additional Capital Contributions representing its proportionate share (based on the relative Percentage Equity Interest of each Full Participant) of any amount not contributed by the Non-Funding Partner.
