Parties may not sub-contract any part of their research activities under the Full Project Proposal except with the prior written approval of the other Parties.
The purpose of the Full Project Proposal (FPP) process is to allow the evaluation team to review project proposals under the Carbon Capture and Storage Fund (CCSF) in a consistent, fair, and transparent manner in order to identify those projects that best fit with the fund’s objectives.
For the implementation of the Project, “Needed” means: A licence to another Party’s Background is Needed if, without the grant of such licence, carrying out the requesting Party’s share of the Full Project Proposal would be impossible, significantly delayed, or require significant additional financial or human resources.
The purpose of this agreement is to specify the relationship among the Parties in relation to the Project in particular concerning the organisation of the research activities as outlined in the Full Project Proposal, the management of the Project and the rights and obligations of the Parties in relation to the Results.
The Full Project Proposal is the basic technical document for the application for funding to the respective PAs. The decision of funding lies with the respective PA.
Financial provisions The party ultimately responsible for the application and use of the Grant will make the funds available to the parties in accordance with the project budget in the Full Project Proposal.

The Company shall use the Grant solely to cover the expenses accrued to the Company during the period between [Date of starting the project] to [Date of ending the project] from the implementation of the Project as defined in the Full Project Proposal, which is attached to this Contract as an Annex I and shall form an integral part of this Contract.

Therefore costs related to preparing, drafting and submitting the Full Project Proposal are not eligible and can never be charged to the project.
