Full Share of Current Production definition

Full Share of Current Production means the Percentage Interest of each Party in the Gas actually produced from the Balancing Area during each month.
Full Share of Current Production means the respective shares of Contractor and Government in the Natural Gas actually produced from the Balancing Area during each month, as ultimately determined by the Parties pursuant to the terms of the Contract. Where the Government has elected the Joint Facilities Option under Section 2.1(b), the Government's Full Share of Current Production in a month is equal to the total quantity of Government Natural Gas produced in that month.   • Ordinary time earnings means the salary, wage or other remuneration regularly received by the employee in respect of the time worked in ordinary hours and shall include shift work penalties, payments which are made for the purpose of District or Location Allowances or any other rate paid for all purposes of the award to which the employee is entitled for ordinary hours of work. Provided that "ordinary time earnings" shall not include any payment which is for vehicle allowances, fares or travelling time allowances (including payments made for travelling related to distant work), commission or bonus.

  • Average Annual Compensation For the purposes of this Agreement, “Average Annual Compensation” shall be an amount equal to the annual average of the sums of (x) the Executive’s annual Base Salary from the Company plus (y) the amount of Incentive Awards accrued by TNS for the Executive, in each case for the three calendar years that ended immediately before (or, if applicable, coincident with) the Change in Control Date;

  • future net revenue means a forecast of revenue, estimated using forecast prices and costs or constant prices and costs, arising from the anticipated development and production of resources, net of the associated royalties, operating costs, development costs, and abandonment and reclamation costs;

  • Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in the City of London.

  • Combination Product means a Licensed Product that is comprised of or contains a Licensed Compound as an active ingredient together with one (1) or more other active ingredients or Delivery Systems and is sold either as a fixed dose/unit or as separate doses/units in a single package.

  • Base Annual Salary means the annual cash compensation relating to services performed during any calendar year, whether or not paid in such calendar year or included on the Federal Income Tax Form W-2 for such calendar year, excluding bonuses, commissions, overtime, fringe benefits, stock options, relocation expenses, incentive payments, non-monetary awards, directors fees and other fees, automobile and other allowances paid to a Participant for employment services rendered (whether or not such allowances are included in the Employee’s gross income). Base Annual Salary shall be calculated before reduction for compensation voluntarily deferred or contributed by the Participant pursuant to all qualified or non-qualified plans of any Employer and shall be calculated to include amounts not otherwise included in the Participant’s gross income under Code Sections 125, 132(f), 402(e)(3), 402(h), or 403(b) pursuant to plans established by any Employer; provided, however, that all such amounts will be included in compensation only to the extent that, had there been no such plan, the amount would have been payable in cash to the Employee.
