Fully Protected Service definition

Fully Protected Service or "Fully Protected Transponder" means a satellite service or a transponder that may not be preempted to restore another service or transponder, and if restoration thereof is needed as a result of a satellite failure, or as a result of a transponder failure under circumstances in which no Protection Transponder is available on the satellite on which such satellite service or transponder is located, is entitled to restoration, subject to availability of facilities and to the conditions of the applicable contract, on another satellite.
Fully Protected Service means a satellite service that may not be preempted to restore another service, and if restoration thereof is needed as a result of a satellite failure or as a result of a transponder failure under circumstances in which no Protection Transponder is available on the satellite on which such satellite service is located, is entitled to restoration, subject to availability of facilities and to the conditions of the applicable contract, on another satellite.

Examples of Fully Protected Service in a sentence

  • For each Service Transponder, Customer shall be provided Service in accordance with the protection level stated in the Service Order (e.g., Fully Protected Service, Transponder Protected Service, Non-Preemptible Service, Preemptible Service or Business Preemptible Service), as such protection level is defined and as the restoration rights are set forth in the Service Order.

  • GE Americom will provide to Customer (i) initially Moveable Protected ----- Service on one (1) Transponder on the GE-3 Satellite and (ii) when Customer's assigned Transponder on the GE-4 Satellite, (or the Ground Spare, as provided below) is Commercially Operational, Fully Protected Service on one (1) Transponder on the planned GE-4 Satellite, in lieu of service on the GE-3 Satellite (collectively "Service").

  • In the event that a Fully Protected Service fails and Intelsat is unable to restore it on the same satellite with capacity offering substantially similar coverage and equivalent performance, Intelsat shall restore the Service on another Intelsat satellite on capacity that provides substantially similar coverage and equivalent performance.

  • A Protected Service may be a Transponder-Protected Service or a Fully Protected Service.

  • A Fully Protected Service is offered only on a full transponder basis.

  • Notwithstanding any other provisions contained in the IA-7 C9 Lease, following the transfer back to IA-7, the service will be provided by Intelsat as a Fully Protected Service, as that term is defined in the IA-7 C9 Lease .

  • Legally Qualified Physician means a physician or a Christian Science Practitioner (a) other than an Insured, a Traveling Companion or a Family Member: (b) practicing within the scope of his or her license: and (c) recognized as a physician in the place where the services are rendered.

  • System Emergency has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.

  • Uniformed service veteran means a former uniformed service member who has been discharged under conditions other than dishonorable.

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer.   • Qualified mental health professional means a licensed medical practitioner or any other person meeting the qualifications specified in OAR 309-019-0125.

  • Federally Qualified Health Center means a non-administrative medical facility with a fixed permanent location that is identified on the following search engines and offers health services on a sliding scale payment system: http://findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov or http://www.ihs.gov/ or http://www.aachc.org/.

  • Qualifying exigency means a situation where the eligible employee seeks leave for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Medically Necessary Leave of Absence means any change in enrollment at the post-secondary school that begins while the child is suffering from a serious illness or injury, is medically necessary, and causes the child to lose student status for purposes of coverage under the Plan.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).
