Fully Protected Species definition

Fully Protected Species means any species identified in California Fish and Game Code sections 3511, 4700, 4800, 5050 or 5515 that occur within the Plan Area.
Fully Protected Species means any species identified in California Fish and Game Code sections 3511 (birds), 4700 (mammals), 5050 (amphibians and reptiles) or 5515 (fish). No Fully Protected Species are Covered Species under this Plan.
Fully Protected Species means the Covered Species that are identified in Fish & Game Code sections 3511, 4700, 4800, 5050 and 5515.

  • This General Agreement does not authorize take of a Listed or Fully Protected Species, and compliance with this General Agreement does not ensure that take will be avoided in all circumstances.

  • Permittee remains responsible for complying with all provisions in the Fish and Game Code that pertain to take of Listed and Fully Protected Species, including Sections 2080 et seq., 3503, 3503.5, 3511, 3513, 4700, 5050, and 5515.

  • Nothing in this Agreement, the HCP/NCCP or the Permits is intended or shall be construed to allow the Take of extremely rare plant species listed in Table 6-5 of the HCP/NCCP (“No-Take Plant Population”) or any Fully Protected Species under California Fish and Game Code sections 3511, 4700, 4800, 5050 or 5515.

  • Combustible material means combustible refuse, combustible waste or any other material capable of igniting;

  • Wildlife habitat means a surface water of the state used by plants and animals not considered as pathogens, vectors for pathogens or intermediate hosts for pathogens for humans or domesticated livestock and plants.

  • Behavioral violation means a student’s behavior that violates the district’s discipline policies.

  • Biologically-based mental illness means schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, paranoia and other psychotic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and panic disorder, as these terms are defined in the most recent edition of the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association.
