Functional plan definition

Functional plan or “regional functional plan” means an ordinance adopted by Metro to implement the regional framework plan through city and county comprehensive plans and land use regulations.
Functional plan as used in this chapter, means an intermediate- or short-range plan for the operation of a discrete function of state government.
