Functional Specification definition

Functional Specification means the functional specification in schedule 3 as the Commencement Date, provided that where such document is amended (under this agreement) pursuant to clause 7, the functional specification means the then current version of such document;
Functional Specification means a Specification that sets forth the specific operational requirements or results.

More Definitions of Functional Specification

Functional Specification means, for each Product, Customer's written specification of the minimum operating and performance characteristics for that Product.
