Fund Modification definition

Fund Modification means any change or modification of the related Fund Documents prevailing on the Index Launch Date, that could reasonably be expected to affect the value of such Fund Unit or the rights or remedies of any holders thereof (including but not limited to an open-end fund that becomes a closed-end fund), as determined by the Index Calculation Agent, after instruction from the Index Sponsor;
Fund Modification means (i) any change or modification of the related Fund Documents that could reasonably be expected to affect the value of such Fund Interest or the rights or remedies of any holders thereof, in each case, as determined by the Calculation Agent, or (ii) the Reference Fund Investment Manager imposes fees or dealing rules that increase the effective dealing costs relating to any Reference Fund.
