Fund Regulations definition

Fund Regulations means these regulations specifically applicable to the Fund.
Fund Regulations means the regulations made by the Minister pursuant to Section 11 of this Decree.
Fund Regulations means the Fund regulations, which are comprised of these General Regulations and, for each Compartment, the Compartment Regulations applicable to said Compartment.
