Fund Trustee definition

Fund Trustee means the trustee of the Fund, which currently is CST Trust Company;

Fund Trustee means the trustee of the Fund, which currently is CIBC Mellon;

Fund Trustee means Olympia Trust Company, the initial trustee under the Trust Indenture and such other persons which may become trustee thereunder from time to time;

Fund Trustee or “Trustee” means the entity or entities holding the assets of the Fund in accordance with the provisions of Article VI.
